[EXTERNAL EMAIL]

Hi Chief,

Any non sworn Law Enforcement (principal, administrators, superintendents, hospital security, etc) will have their own Flock account and be able to assign a Flock admin w/ an unlimited number of user licenses. They would not receive the same law enforcement alerts that the PD does, but they will be able to create their own custom alerts and receive those notifications. They will also be notified of Raven alerts. They can set up the alerts to be texted and emailed to them or just in the Flock portal.

For example, a school principal could create an alert on a noncustodial parent's license plate and be notified when that vehicle enters school grounds. They could also go back and conduct a search on a license plate or vehicle description on their Falcon cameras.

Really the only difference between what the PD gets and what they would get is the law enforcement alerts and ability to access other Flock cameras not "purchased" by them.
