After many many months it is official that Cerro Coso will be unable to participate with the FLOCK system. We have since been coordinating with FLOCK to select new locations that benefit the existing team. With the help from Chief we selected to have additional coverage in TOML's parcel development. I will be redrafting an MOU with revised numbers for your review. I apologise that this has taken so long. MUSD will be absorbing Cerro Coso's costs for this project to stay true to what was initially offered. I hope to follow up by the end of tomorrow with this team.
